I know so many of us struggle with lower back pain and sciatica so I thought I'd bring us a yoga flow specific to helping with those pains! My low back has been particularly sensitive this pregnancy! Stretching and strengthening my hips has been a great way to relieve the pain, I hope it works for you too!
