Okay, hello everybody and welcome to today's restorative yoga.

So today we're going to work on the shoulders as well as stretching out the spine.

So I'm going to just lower this just a bit.

Okay, so welcome to today's restorative program.

So today we're going to work on the shoulders, the thoracic spine area, the rotator cuffs, neck,
